Job Description:

We are seeking a Full-Stack WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing custom themes and plugins. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing, maintaining, and customizing multiple WordPress websites, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins and themes from scratch.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and custom functionality.
  • Work with front-end developers to implement and troubleshoot design integration.
  • Optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and responsiveness.
  • Debug and resolve issues across multiple websites.
  • Manage staging and deployment processes.
  • Handle database management and site migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.
  • Ensure clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Relevant WordPress experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Full-Stack WordPress development experience.
  • Strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience in custom plugin and theme development.
  • Proficient with REST API, AJAX, and WordPress hooks/actions/filters.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress architecture and best coding practices.
  • Familiar with Git and version control workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple websites and switch context as needed.
  • Knowledge of security and performance best practices in WordPress.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, ACF, and multilingual setups is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery (for compatibility)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Basic knowledge of server management (cPanel/WHM)
